Our staff of Virginia Licensed Professional Soil Scientists (LPSS) and Alternative Onsite Soil Evaluators (AOSE) routinely perform site evaluations and provide designs for septic systems. If a lot is not suitable for a conventional system we can also design alternative systems.
We specialize in the design of "alternative" or secondary pretreatment systems for sites that have "perking problems". We are a pioneer in the use of alternative-type septic systems, the use of deep stratas for wastewater disposal, and other creative ways for safe wastewater treatment disposal.
Enviro Utilities has assisted in design of hundreds of subdivisions. Our experience with land types and soils creates value for the land developer in designing the lot layouts. In many cases with our survey grade GPS units we can layout individual drainfields for each proposed lot in a subdivision without the need for surveying control.
Enviro-Utilities, Inc. has conducted numerous site evaluations and designs for large-flow wastewater disposal systems. "Mass drainfields" or spray irrigation systems can be used for cluster developments or commercial facilities for daily wastewater flows over 1,200 gallons per day. We provide soil evaluations, aquifer evaluations, modeling requirements and design needs for regulatory approval.
Enviro Utilities, Inc. has extensive field experience designing numerous mass drainfield projects. We have designed mass drainfield systems for camp grounds, nursing homes and large residential subdivisions.
Septic mass drainfields (above 1000 gallons per day) can be a complicated process. EU has many years of experience and expertise in designing and obtaining regulatory approval for mass drainfields.
